Description of responsibility:

1.International business development and customer management

1.1 Collect and analyze market information, understand customer needs, and provide customers with professional advice and solutions;

1.2 Establish and maintain customer relationships, maintain good communication with customers, and improve customer satisfaction;

1.3 Assist the business department to carry out the development of new customers, formulate expansion plans and plans;

1.4 Responsible for customer return visits, understand changes in customer needs, and adjust work plans in time.

2.Responsible for order processing and documentary process management

2.1 Responsible for accepting and reviewing customer orders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders;

2.2 Coordinate the order execution process to ensure that the order is delivered on time;

2.3 Assist customers in logistics management and after-sales service.

3.Participate in market research, competition analysis, and technical exchanges

3.1 Participate in market research, understand industry trends and competitors, and provide support for business development;

3.2 Assist in technical exchanges and negotiations to improve the technical strength and competitiveness of enterprises;

3.3 Participate in the formulation of enterprise product development strategies and plans.

4.Refund management

4.1 Ensure that the product is paid back on time.

Work requirements:

1.English level 6 or above, fluent in spoken language, able to adapt to stage or regular overseas work;

2.Proficient in using office software;

3.Love sales work, maintain a positive attitude and actions in the face of challenges and pressures, and be able to proactively solve problems and respond to changes;

4.Have team communication skills and abide by corporate rules and regulations
