Pre-sales Support

NOVICK has a professional technical team that thoroughly understands your machining needs. Combining the processing advantages of various machine models, we tailor machining strategies specifically for you and assess upgrade directions based on your existing production line conditions. You are also welcome to visit our workshop for on-site inspections. We can intuitively demonstrate the machine's processing effects through sample workpiece trial cutting, providing technical answers throughout the process to help you accurately select the right model and obtain customized solutions suitable for long-term production.

Recommended Machining Solutions

At NOVICK, we take “actionable machining solutions” as a standardized commitment in our pre-sales service. When faced with complex processes or unfamiliar materials, we never offer templated answers. Instead, our technical team starts with on‑site inspections and material analysis, then tailors a practical solution to your specific requirements — including process sequencing, equipment selection and tooling recommendations, trial run parameters, and quality inspection criteria.

We place equal emphasis on operability and cost‑effectiveness: achieving a balance among reduced rejection rates, shortened lead times, and optimized costs. Moreover, we assume technical responsibility with clear delivery milestones and acceptance standards.

Production Line Upgrade Assessment

Production Line Upgrade Assessment

At NOVICK, we view production line upgrades as a systematic efficiency and quality review—not merely adding a machine or changing a control system. Our senior engineers conduct on‑site diagnostics covering line layout, equipment performance, process flow, material compatibility, tooling strategies, and automation modules. Based on your capacity targets and quality requirements, we deliver a feasible upgrade roadmap without disrupting ongoing operations.

Our assessment specifies key modifications, projects expected improvements, and provides implementation steps, risk mitigation plans, and cost‑benefit analysis—so you know exactly what value each stage brings. Post‑upgrade, we offer commissioning, validation, and continuous support to ensure the renovation delivers tangible, lasting results.
